LUTFI DAHLAN
Indonesian citizen and born on February 28, 1945. Appointed as the chairman of the Company's Audit Committee on July 14, 2025. Currently serving as the Company's Independent Commissioner since June 19, 2025. Previously served as the Company's Vice President Independent Commissioner since June 24, 2019, and in the previous period from 2010 to 2018. Also served as the Company's Independent President Commissioner from 2018 to 2019. Currently, serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners in several subsidiaries. Served as President Director of PT Panen Lestari Basuki from 2019 to 2024.
Participated in various Military Education from 1968 to 1993, including the Police Academy in 1968 and Lemhannas in 1993. Received a doctorate from the Jakarta Police Science College in 1975. Received several awards during his career in the Indonesian National Police, including the Bintang Dharma and the Bintang Bayangkara Pratama.
Started his career in the Indonesian National Police in 1968 and retired in 2000 as Deputy Chief of the Indonesian National Police (WAKAPOLRI) and Inspector General of the Department of Religion./span>

Indonesian Citizen, born in Wonogiri, 1965. Appointed as a member of Audit Committee of the Company on July 26, 2024.
Obtained a Diploma from the Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara in 1998 and continued with a Bachelor of Economics from the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi in 1992, and currently has a Certificate of Accountant (CA) and a Certified Tax Consultant (BKP).
Started his career as an auditor at the Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan, a non-Ministerial Government Institution in Indonesia, then continued his career at PT Gajah Surya Multi Finance as Accounting Manager and as Senior Manager Finance at PT Equity Finance Indonesia, then became active at PT Kasongan Bumi Kencana in 2008, most recently as General Manager and now as Head of Tax at PT Kencana Grahareksa.
YEANETTE WIDIJASTUTI WIDJAJA
Indonesian Citizen, born in Jakarta, 1973. Appointed as a member of Audit Committee of the Company on July 26, 2024.
Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Atma Jaya University Jakarta, in 1996. Started his career at Drs. RB. Tanubrata & Partner as Senior I Auditor in 1997-2000, continued at PT Ristia Bintang Mahkota Sejati as Accounting Assistant Manager in 2000-2001, at PT San San Farma as Accounting in 2003-2007, and at Self Employment as Accounting Service in 2007-2014, then active at PT Satya Mulia Gema Gemilang as Accounting Assistant Manager since 2014 until now.

RIS SUTARTO
An Indonesian Citizen, born in Klaten on July 16, 1949. has served as the Company's Independent Commissioner since 24 June 2019 to date. He began his career in the Republic of Indonesia National Police from 1974 to 2005 with his last position as Korsatgas Ganja Lakhar BNN in 2004, and in Kadenma Mabes POLRI in 2005, with the last rank of Kombes Polisi. From POLRI he then continued on to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to serve as Director of Intelligence at the Directorate General of Immigration in 2006; Head of the Department of Personnel at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2009, with his final rank as Pembina Utama Golongan IV E (PNS); Special Staff to the Minister at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2009; and served as Extraordinary Tutor at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to date. He is active in the State Intelligence Agency as Task Force Supporting Expert for Combating Domestic and International Economic Crimes in 2011 and continued on becoming Special Staff to the Deputy Chair of the MPR, Dr. Oesman Sapta in 2015. He Obtained several honors including Satya Lencana Seroja, Satya Lencana Dwija Sistha, Satya Lencana Karya Bakti, Satya Lencana Kes Tamtama, and Satya Lencana Bhayangkara Naraya. He attended various Military Education including the Indonesian Military Academy in 1973 and obtained his doctorate from the Police Science College in 1985.

Appointed as a member of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee on July 14, 2025. Currently serving as President Commissioner of the Company since June 19, 2025. Previously served as President Director of the Company since June 8, 2018. Then as Vice President Director in 2006, President Director in 2007 and President Commissioner from 2012 to 2018. Also serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors in several subsidiaries.
Started his career in 1980 as Assistant Factory Manager at PT Jasinta Poly and as Factory Manager at PT Indotama Daya Metal in 1981. In 1984, moved to PT Dayin Kreativita as Operational Manager, then as Director at PT Gajah Surya Arta Leasing in 1985 to 2000 with the last position as Commissioner. Then active as Director at PT Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia in October 1989 to April 1998 and also as Commissioner of PT DBS Securities in 1991 to 1999. Joined PT Equity Securities Indonesia as President Director in 2000 to 2006, and until now is still active as President Commissioner. Since 2012, served as President Director of PT Khotai Makmur Insan Abadi, then since June 2016 served as Commissioner. In 2014 to 2016, he served as President Director of PT Indexim Coalindo, continued as Commissioner in 2016 to present. Served as President Director of PT Bukit Baiduri Energi in 2014 to 2016, and as Commissioner in 2016 to 2018. Served as Commissioner at PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk since May 2018 to 2019
Licensed by Bapepam and LK as a Securities Broker Representative, Securities Underwriter Representative and Investment Manager Representative. Obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in 1982 from Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta, and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Armstrong University, Berkeley, California, United States, in 1985.
AGUSTINA
An Indonesian citizen, appointed as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on September 6, 2016. Started her career at PT Dayabuana Swakarya in the Finance, Accounting and Payroll division in 1991-2002, and then joined the Company`s Payroll division from 2002 until now. Attended an Applied Accounting course at Tarumanegara University, Jakarta in 1997. Has attended various trainings/seminars in finance and taxation.
