Company Profile

The Company was established based on notarial deed No. 31 dated April 23, 1983 of Sastra Kosasih, S.H., notary in Surabaya, as PT Triyasa Tamihan. Subsequently the Company’s name was changed to PT Ometraco Realty and in year 1996 it became PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk.

Company’s shares have been listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange since August 22, 1994, amounting to 100,000,000 shares, while currently total number of shares listed is 1,745,000,000.

Main activity of the Company is in property sector, by investing in subsidiaries, which includes office rental, shopping center rental, apartments rental, hospitality and development of houses with all of its facilities.
